Mi Vida Hermosa

Mi Vida Hermosa [My Beautiful Life] is a ministry effort in Acuña and Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico, reaching women in the sex industry and those who have suffered the trauma of physical abuse and sexual assault. Our mission is to inspire and empower the women of Northern Mexico to overcome barriers that inhibit success by providing counseling, skills-based training, and resources, enabling life-changing outcomes both personally and within the family.

Providing a welcoming place to gather, grow, and learn from one another, Mi Vida Hermosa offers classes for teens and women designed to explore who we are as females and where we fit in the world. Skills-based training in several areas provides an opportunity to enhance abilities while striving to better serve our families, or even create an avenue for income.

 

All services are available without charge and are sustained through the generosity of Acuña’s more fortunate neighbors north of the border.
